What is the Weight & Wellbeing Programme?
I love this weekly group workshop to the Wirral focused on weight and wellbeing. It’s all about helping you get to the weight and level of internal health and wellbeing you want to achieve… and stay there!
Who is it for?
It is open to anyone who is ready to put a new healthy lifestyle in to action with a little bit of guidance, support and inspiration along the way to keep them on track. It would be helpful if you have already attended an Intro-Juicing Health Workshop but it is not essential.

What does it involve?
The Weight & Wellbeing Programme is a powerful package of juicing, nutritional advice, recipes, guidance, practical tips, coaching, text support, motivational stories, inspirational documentaries and much, much more.
Held on a regular weekly basis the small group ensures plenty of personal attentioin and full answers to all your questions for fantastic results.
The aim of the programme
A return to fresh, natural foods to cleanse and detox your system and fee and nourish your body on a cellular level for fantastic health and wellbeing.

They say repetition is the mother of skill and the more hints and tips you hear along the way the easier your new healthy eating and lifestyle will become. It will be a great opportunity to share any challenges you’ve been facing as well as all your successes of course, and be inspired by the stories of others and the indepth information, recipes and guest speakers in each session.
Taking it a step further
Although the main focus of the Weight & Wellbeing Programme is about what you put in your body, it’s vitally important that you move that body too. So Fresh Start Health has got together with JGF Fitness to add another – optional – dimension to the programme.
For an additional fee Jonathan will take you through 3 group circuit class sessions a week (morning or evening, the choice is yours) which will dramatically speed up and improve your results.
Not only will you lose weight, you will tone and change the shape of your body, increase your strength and stamina and fit into clothes you previously thought impossible.

1 x hour face to face group session per week
£20 per month payable in advance
Option 2 - Weight & Wellbeing Programme + Body Blast
1 x hour face to face group session per week
2 x 45 min circuit class workouts per week
£55 per month payable in advance

By cash, cheque or bank transfer.
How do I book my place?
Simply call Melissa to reserve your place. Places strictly limited so booking is essential.
Payment is in advance for a 4 weekly period. No refunds will be payable for weeks missed. You are perfectly at liberty to stop your attendance at any point for any reason.
If you’ve been to the Intro-Juicing Health Workshop you already understand the importance of getting good nutrition into your body. Now is the time to have some serious fun putting it in to action! And if you haven’t been to one of the workshops, that’s not a problem.
