What is NLP?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a simple set of tools to help you clear emotional baggage and resolve your issues so you can move forward to a brighter, more positive future.
Whatever your problem, be it yo-yo dieting and weight issues, panic attacks, phobias, or a total lack of self esteem and self confidence, a face to face, one-to-one nlp session will help you deal with your problem quickly and effectively so you can get on with happily living your life.
A one-to-one nlp session is an intensive change process focused on you and resolution of your problem. It will help you move on where you have previously failed to do so by shifting damaging behaviours, health issues or unwanted feelings.
All behaviours, even the damaging ones that create poor self esteem, loss of confidence, anger and every other uncomfortable emotion, are always motivated by a positive intention. An nlp session will show you what the positive intention is behind your behaviour/ problem and then guide you through the process of how to change that behaviour to something more positive and productive.
The beauty of nlp is that it provides you with a range of tools to help you in any area of life you choose and will be with you forever! No short term fixes, just powerful, long lasting, effective tools and techniques that can be applied to emotional issues, business, health, relationships, personal development or any other way you decide. Think of it as the ‘manual for life’ you were never given when you were born.
What will NLP do for me?
This is the big question and the answer is that the results are different for everyone. Everyone brings a different personal history and different ideas of what they want out of life. It’s not for me, or NLP, to tell you who to be, how to behave or what to think. That’s entirely your choice. What NLP does is give you some tools to make those things easier and more fun. NLP simply gives you options about how you respond to things, how you behave, how to communicate with yourself and others and how to achieve what you want to achieve in life.
The more open and honest you are with yourself the more you will discover and learn about yourself and the numerous ways in which nlp can help you.
How does an NLP session work?
After an initial telephone conversation to discuss your problem and what you want to achieve, you will be asked to complete and return a questionnaire prior to your first session.
Each appointment is two hours. During that time the process involves finding out why you do what you do and what has prevented you from moving on before. A variety of techniques will be used to help you resolve the issue and establish the new behaviours you want to put in place.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Everyone is different but if you are open and honest then you will be amazed at just how quickly changes can be made. Sometimes a single session is enough, occassionally 2-3 sessions are needed, but rarely more than that.
