At Fresh Start Health we use 3 different holistic methods to help different elements of your health:
1) Physical Health
The holisitic physical therapy we use- Amatsu – is designed to help you get rid of persistent aches and pains and restore balance to your body so you are fully mobile and pain free so you can just get on with enjoying life instead of hobbling or aching your way through it.
2) Inner Health
This is all about helping you restore your inner health and well being so your body can operate from a position of strength, fending off illness and disease. It’s also fantastic for losing weight in a safe, healthy way.
3) Emotional Health
Sometimes there are things we just don’t cope with or haven’t dealt with very well, baggage that holds us back. It can result in stress, mood swings, self sabotage, anxiety, lack of confidence and self esteem. Understanding what’s going on and why will help you clear the way to more emotionally balanced, brighter future.
